I earned a Graduate Diploma in Policy Analysis Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington June 2012. This program equipped me with the skills and knowledge to effectively address complex public policy issues while also enhancing my role as a diplomat through cultural exchange. Engaging with diverse perspectives has deepened my commitment to fostering international understanding and collaboration in addressing global challenges.

I was honored to receive a grant from the Government to pursue my M.Sc. in Public Administration at the National Academy of Public Administration in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This program is designed to equip civil servants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in public organizations.
